Small Group Workshops

My studio will be open for classes this summer
The following classes can be requested.  Email me at Juanitayeager@gmail.com or call 321-203-2341  with any questions you have or to schedule yourself or a small group.  Supply and teaching Fees vary and will be discussed once class selection and date(s) are set. 

1. One full day Introduction to  Painting on Silk  with Soy, all supplies included with fee.  In this class you will paint two floral images on silk, each measures approx. 15" x 20"
2. One full Day Painting on silk with Soy, plus Machine Stitching for Texture and Dimension.  In this class you will paint a small floral using a 11" x 17 inch pattern. All supplies with exception of sewing machine included for fee. 
3. One or two days Flowers in the Round, an appli-pieced  project, one day for construction, day two  for quilting and finishing.  Supply list provided.  This is not a kit class.
4. Grand Flowers, a machine applique class 1 or 2 days.  Fee includes kit.
5. Great Finishes.  Learn how to bind and face your art quilts.  This is a half day class that can be combined with the other classes. such as the small painted flower class or with
6. No mark free motion machine quilting.  Learn my way of machine quilting and the products I use to get the look I want for my work.
7. Dyeing for beginners.  Supplies included with fee
8. Painting on Silk Part 2 and Part 3.  In part two of Painting on silk with soy you will learn how to create interesting backgrounds or create an work using other water media; watercolor pencils, crayons, inks, acrylic, markers, etc.  Part 3 uses the students own images for their painted compositions.

                  Painting on Silk, part one, part two and part three, June 26, 27 & 28, 2015.  Openings
                  available.  You do not have to attend all three sessions.
